This tube notcher comes standard with one spindle and two belts. The RMD Abrasive Tubing Notcher uses abrasive belts that can be sourced locally, which reduces operation cost.
The Model 900 pipe notcher has a lever feed mechanism that offers effortless tube notching and has a positive stop for repetitive notches
Abrasive belts can be changed quickly due to our unique belt tensioning system. Automatic belt tension system reduces tracking issues, and adjusts to accommodate for any stretching. Proper tension extends belt life.

This tubing notcher has an innovative quick release spindle system that offers:
• Extremely high grade bearings are oil lubricated on the machine instead of on the spindles. This lengthens bearing life.
• Release spindle in one second. Fast "no-bearing", tool-less spindle changes out in seconds
• Quick release lever allows for tool-less spindle change-overs
Quick removal of side guard means fast and easy belt replacement
The grinding station is located opposite the notching station. By simply lifting the grinding guard and flipping a belt reverse switch the Model 900 transforms a professional Grinder
The vise is fully swivelable up to 60 degrees in either direction with "one" lock screw allowing for fast changes to the notch angle. Vise can be adjusted off center to utilize entire width of the belt. Vise does have an offset adjustment for offset notches.
