To program a bend on the Model 200 pipe bender, simply turn the degree hand wheel to the desired bend angle (include spring back). When performing a bend, the die head automatically stops at the degree indicated on the numerical counter. Allows for accurate repeatability when performing one or multiple bends. RMD pipe benders are extremely easy to program.
Remote operator interface is standard on this pipe bender.
The Model 200 tube bender is equipped with a lead screw indicator that ensures repeatable counter die positioning for multiple bends.
Like on all RMD tubing benders, the bend can be advanced after stopping machine, saves on set up cost (material savings).
Maximum bend is 180 degrees (machine limit is 202 degrees).
