RMD manufactures the Patented Model 800 Eccentric Cut pipe notcher as well as the unique and cost effective Model 900 abrasive tubing notcher. The Model 800 is an end mill type notcher that uses a unique programmable path to notch out the end of a tube or pipe, all with one size end mill. This means there is no additional tooling to purchase, saving the user thousands in tooling costs. The Model 800 is great for coping mild steel, chromolly, aluminum, and stainless steel pipe or tubing. The Model 900 abrasive tube notcher offers fast and accurate notches in thin wall or thicker wall tubing. Both machines are capable of notching with a 120 degree swing for miter notches.
